Mode of use: Direct consumption. Open 10 min before serving to consume and rest of product to keep refrigerated. Once opened consume before one month.

INGREDIENTS

Pasteurized cow’s milk (> 50%), goat (> 3%) and sheep (> 3%). Dairy products. Conservative: egg lysozyme. Stabilizer: calcium chloride, rennet and salt.
Non-edible bark (E-235) brown or black coloring.
Minimum cure 35 days.
Allergens: milk and milk products including lactose. Egg and egg products.
